A weekend for you. Tailored to your needs.

July 17 – 19, 2026 | Sampurna Seminar House, Snake Bath

This retreat is an invitation to consciously slow down for a summer weekend and turn your attention inward again—to your own body, your breath, and the present moment.

The safe setting of a small group creates space for gentle movement, conscious stillness, and subtle body awareness. Trauma-sensitive yoga, breathing and awareness exercises, and ample time for breaks help you regulate your nervous system and re-anchor yourself in your own body.

There is nothing to achieve and nothing to work on.
You do not have to explain or change anything.
You are allowed to be there—with whatever is palpable in this moment.

The practice is mindful and clearly structured, inviting you to respect your own rhythm. Movement and stillness alternate, allowing a sense of orientation, security, and inner spaciousness to emerge. Periods of silence and withdrawal are also intentionally included in the weekend.

Bewegung. Ruhe. Sein.

The small group size allows for personal, attentive guidance and a held space where you can feel safe—regardless of whether you have extensive yoga experience or very little.

Body. Stillness. Being. i
s a weekend for arriving, recharging, and finding clarity.
A space to reconnect with yourself through the body—beyond the pressure to perform or external expectations.
If you are longing for a conscious retreat that supports and sustains you rather than making demands, you are warmly welcome.

What to expect:

  • Journaling & prompts for self-compassion & inner clarity
  • Creative elements such as painting, nature mandalas, or free writing
