New Year’s Special on January 10 · Online · 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
The start of the year is rarely as gentle as we would like it to be. Amidst new expectations, old patterns, and the pressure to get off to a “right” start, we often lose sight of what matters most: ourselves.
This New Year’s special on january 10th, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., invites you to start the new year differently—through the body. With strength. With spaciousness. And with a touch of playfulness that reminds us that the joy of living is just as important as stability.
It’s not about resolutions. Not about “you have to change this.”
It is about strengthening the qualities that will truly sustain you in 2026.
A start to the year that begins in the body
Stability does not originate in the mind. It arises in the body—in presence, in the breath, and in the feeling of being grounded yet open. That is precisely what we experience together.
We work with a trauma-sensitive blend of breath, movement, inner alignment, and small moments of lightness. After all, self-care can be joyful—and can sometimes even feel a little playful.
What to expect
During these 90 minutes, you encounter your body and yourself in a way that creates space:
- regulating breathwork
- fluid movements that bring you into a state of feeling
- powerful and expansive asanas
- the crescent moon as an invitation to humor and playfulness (wobbling expressly permitted!)
- a journaling section for strength, clarity, and lightness
- a meditative closing sequence that strengthens your alignment
It is a space that allows for strength and depth—and, at the same time, lightness, a smile, and letting go.
Journaling: Providing direction instead of creating pressure
The journaling questions gently guide you into self-reflection, free from heaviness or the need for perfection. You are warmly invited to explore these little prompts through writing or meditation.
This part is often the moment when many realize: “I get to decide what my year looks like.”
A start to the year that strengthens you—without overwhelming you.
We open the body, activate strength, and simultaneously allow for spaciousness and softness. We sway in Half Moon pose, find stability in our legs, sense openness in the heart space, and let the breath bring us back to ourselves.
It is a start to the new year that feels real: physical, grounding, vibrant, and free from pressure and expectations.
