Body-oriented, traumasensitive coaching
Body-oriented, traumasensitive coaching
In my coaching, I support people who frequently feel overwhelmed, tense, or off-balance in their daily lives and desire greater clarity, self-regulation, and stability.
Coaching is not psychotherapy. It is aimed at people seeking practical support to better cope with stress, high demands, or challenging life situations.
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapeutic treatment and is not intended for people with acute mental illnesses.

What coaching is about
Coaching is not about diagnoses, processing the past, or healing. The focus is on the question:
What specifically helps you in your everyday life?
We are working on:
- recognizing stressors earlier
- expanding the scope for action
- dealing with stress and inner tension more consciously
- experiencing a greater sense of direction and self-efficacy once again
The focus is on the here and now and on what is practically feasible.
Mindset and Approach
My approach is resource-oriented, clear, and based on a partnership of equals.
Coaching is a collaborative process: you bring your everyday experiences, while I provide structure, direction, and relevant insights.
My work is traumasensitive—meaning it is mindful, avoids overwhelming you, and respects boundaries.
Body-oriented tools for everyday life
An important component of my coaching is body-oriented work.
In this process, the body serves as a practical guide for recognizing signs of stress and strain earlier and responding to them more effectively.
For example, we work with:
- short breathing and mindfulness exercises
- simple movement impulses
- body awareness for self-regulation
- small rituals for breaks and transitions
No contact takes place.
All exercises are voluntary, easy to integrate into your daily routine, and performed by you.
