Yoga at Work
Many of us spent most of our day at the workplace. To find the energy to exercise early in the morning or after a stressful day is an understandable challenge. Let me make it easier for you! Let’s do yoga right at your place of work! I offer 60 minute-sessions to you and your colleagues – before or after work, or during your lunch hour. We cater these sessions to your needs – you prefer relaxation? Got it! You want a workout? Sure thing!
