Every morning from 3 to 10 January, you will receive a “mindful moment” – a short meditation, pranayama or yoga exercise between five and ten minutes long.
Feel free to journal as you go along in this challenge, noting down any changes in your awareness, your quality of life or how you feel during and after the exercises.
